Entre es siempre mi punto de partida. Entre es una grieta que atraviesa la identidad para romper la inercia y comenzar el movimiento. Me he pasado los años intentando ocupar todo el espacio a mi alcance. He vivido en casi una decena de ciudades de diferentes continentes. He estudiado en universidades, escuelas de arte, teatros, conservatorios. He ganado becas de diferentes disciplinas, residencias artísticas más y menos solicitadas. He dirigido revistas, programas de radio, obras de teatro. Cantante, poeta, fotógrafa, actriz, dramaturga, periodista, directora de escena… “Las cosas que se me ocurren no se me presentan por su raíz, sino por un punto cualquiera situado hacia el medio”, decía Kafka. A mí también, y valiéndome de las herramientas precisas en cada itinerario, viajo por en medio de, dispuesta y disponible para hacer del acto de comunicación una manera de habitar el mundo.
Between is always my starting point. Between is a crack that crosses identity to break inertia and begin movement. I have spent the years trying to occupy all the space within my reach. I have lived in almost a dozen cities on different continents. I have studied at universities, art schools, theaters, conservatories. I have won grants from different disciplines, more and less requested artistic residencies. I have directed magazines, radio broadcasts, plays. Singer, poet, photographer, actress, playwright, journalist, stage director… “The things that occur to me do not appear to me at their roots, but at some point located towards the middle,” said Kafka. Me too, and using the necessary tools in each itinerary, I travel through the middle, ready and available to make the act of communication a way of inhabiting the world.
